Clean Plate
How to Get Clean Plate in FEED THE AI
Clear every Data target before the timer expires by matching combat throughput to the field—not by spawning the largest possible supply.
Goal
Clear all Data targets
Main priority
Combat > extra supply
Common mistake
Spawning too much
Clean Plate is about clearing the available Data targets before the timer expires. More spawned targets are not automatically helpful.
Clean Plate Achievement Requirement
Clear all Data targets from the map while the round timer is still active.
Goal
Clear every target
Deadline
Before timer zero
Main priority
Combat > extra supply
More spawned targets are not automatically helpful. They add more HP that must be cleared before the same deadline.
Combat vs Supply Diagnosis
Why Are You Failing Clean Plate?
Choose what the field looks like at the end of the round. The same “failed clear” can require four different fixes.
COMBAT-LIMITED
Best next move: Finder Damage
Your field is larger than the current build can process. Stop adding supply until clear speed catches up.
Prioritize
- → Finder Damage
- → Finder Attack Speed
- → Critical Hit Chance
- → AoE / Range
Avoid for this attempt
- → Start Data

- → Higher Tier Chance
Eight Steps · Dedicated Attempt
Clean Plate Quick Route
- 01
Reduce unnecessary supply
A smaller field you can finish is better than a profitable field that survives.
- 02
Build Finder Damage
Reduce the hit count needed for every target.
- 03
Add Finder Attack Speed
Process dense groups faster once damage is useful.
- 04
Improve AoE coverage
Range helps prevent isolated edge survivors.
- 05
Add Round Time when close
Treat time as support after the clear is nearly stable.
- 06
Respect Density and tier HP
Do not cross the next breakpoint just before the attempt.
- 07
Start a clean attempt
Use the current lower-supply setup before more progression purchases.
- 08
Clear the final target early
The field must be empty while the timer is still active.
A smaller field you can completely clear is better than a huge field that pays more but leaves targets alive.
Achievement Build ≠ Progression Build
Why More Data Can Make Clean Plate Harder
Normal progression
- 1. More targets
- 2. More Raw Data
- 3. Faster progression
Clean Plate attempt
- 1. More targets
- 2. More HP before timer
- 3. Harder full clear
Do not look for a nonexistent “disable spawn” button. Make the dedicated attempt before buying more Start Data, Clusters, extra packs, Density, or higher-tier chance—or use a later reset with lower supply investment.
Clear-Speed Priority
Best Clean Plate Upgrades
High priority
- → Finder Damage
- → Finder Attack Speed
Usually useful
- → Critical Hit Chance
- → Attack Range
- → Round Time
Build-dependent
- → Vision Zone
- → AI Damage
- → Virus Helpers
- → Malware
- → Core Link
Can hurt this attempt if overbought
- → Start Data
- → Clusters
- → Density
- → Higher Tier Chance
The final group is not universally bad. It becomes harmful only when your field grows faster than your combat throughput.
Symptom-Based Choice
Finder Damage or Attack Speed?
Damage
Choose it when each target needs too many hits.
Attack Speed
Choose it when useful damage is established but many targets remain.
Attack Range
Choose it when the last survivors sit near the edge of your coverage.
Expected DPS ≈ floor(Damage) × Attack Speed × (1 + Crit Chance)
Finder attacks affect targets within range, so coverage can matter as much as the single-target number in a dense field.
Open DPS Calculator →Should You Increase Data Density for Clean Plate?
Often not during a dedicated attempt. Density multiplies both HP and Raw Data, but Clean Plate cares whether the HP reaches zero before the timer.
| Density breakpoint | Maximum tier | Max HP / Data multiplier |
|---|---|---|
| 0%+ | 1 | ×1 |
| 100%+ | 2 | ×2 |
| 300%+ | 3 | ×4 |
| 450%+ | 4 | ×5.5 |
| 600%+ | 5 | ×7 |
Maximum Density Tier
5
Maximum HP / Data Multiplier
×7
If this tier is causing survivors, use a future attempt before crossing the next breakpoint. Purchased Skills may not be reversible during the current run.
Tier HP Tradeoff
Higher Enemy Tiers Can Slow the Clear
| Tier | Base HP | Base Data |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | 3 | 1 |
| Corporate | 60 | 20 |
| Government | 1,000 | 300 |
| Recursive | 40,000 | 5,000 |
Recursive has 40× Government base HP but about 16.7× its base Data. That tradeoff can be poor when the immediate goal is an empty field rather than maximum income.

How Vision, AI, and Prestige Help
Vision Zone
Raises Finder and AI Attack Speed and Range, improving both output systems at once.
Chapter 4 AI
Autonomous Core, AI Damage, Malware, Core Link, and Virus Helpers expand late-game clear options.
Rational Prestige
+15 Finder Chain is simulator-informed support for broad multi-target throughput.
Other Prestige paths
Protector adds +15 Finder Pulse; Tyrant adds +2 Virus Helpers for high-HP targets.
The +25% Earnings attached to each Prestige does not directly increase kill speed. The route-specific combat reward is what helps the attempt.
Mechanics-Based Recommendation
Best Time to Attempt Clean Plate
Try it whenever combat clearly outpaces the current supply. If it does not, leave it for a stronger later run.
Early attempt
Low target HP and supply, but a weaker build.
Mid-game
Mature damage with more complicated tiers and supply.
Prestige run
Permanent combat tools against low early-Chapter HP and supply.
An early Chapter on a later Prestige run can be an excellent window: permanent combat bonuses remain while supply has not yet been heavily upgraded.

Finish the checks that match your current run before starting.
Clean Plate
- → Kill targets quickly
- → Control supply
- → Clear the field
Data Breach
- → Keep one Firewall alive
- → Allow particle capture
- → Delay the kill
Do not optimize both achievements in the same session. They can share one playthrough, but should use separate attempts.
Condition Check
Clean Plate Not Unlocking?
Confirm the map—not just the visible center—was empty before the timer reached zero, and distinguish Data targets from their dropped particles.
Most Likely Check
The field was not completely empty while the round timer was still active.
Identify and clear every remaining Data target before zero.

FEED THE AI Clean Plate FAQ
What does Clean Plate require?
Clear all relevant Data targets while the round timer is still active.
Should I buy more Start Data?
Not when supply already exceeds your combat throughput; more starting targets can make the dedicated attempt harder.
Is more Density better?
Not necessarily. Density increases both target value and target HP, which can hurt a timed full clear.
Should I increase Round Time?
Yes when you nearly clear the field but consistently lose the last few seconds. It is support, not an automatic first priority.
Which stat is best?
Finder Damage and Attack Speed are usually the first checks; Range, Critical Hit Chance, and Round Time depend on the symptom.
Does Vision help?
Yes. Vision Zones improve Finder and AI Attack Speed and Range, making them useful in Chapter 3 and Chapter 4.
Is Clean Plate easier after Prestige?
Often yes. Permanent combat rewards can outpace the relatively low HP and supply of an early Chapter in a later run.
Do I need a specific Ending route?
No. All routes can earn Clean Plate; their permanent Prestige combat rewards simply support different bottlenecks.
